It means our team spends every day working with the vehicles, systems and modifications 4WD owners actually use.

And when we're not in the workshop, you'll usually find us around our own 4WDs anyway.

We understand the extra attention a touring vehicle needs. We know modifications can affect other components. And we know a vehicle that spends its weekends offroad needs more than a quick oil change and a tick on a checklist.

Southwest Mechanical & Offroad is owned and operated by Jana and Rhys.

Jana keeps things running at the front of the workshop, handling bookings, enquiries and quotes.

Rhys works alongside the workshop team, bringing around 20 years of hands-on experience to servicing, repairs, fault finding and 4WD builds.

Together, we've built Southwest Mechanical & Offroad around something pretty simple: good work, honest advice and treating your vehicle with the same pride we'd give our own.
